On Saturday, our Little Man turned twenty-two months old. Which means a couple of things. First, he is almost two. Second, time is going by WAY too quickly. What happened to our little baby?
What's new with Cal? He is speaking more and more. New ones I've noticed lately include "EAT" said very loudly while pointing to his high chair. Also, "cookie" because someone gave him a cookie then left the container out where he could see it. Oops. He tries to say basketball most mornings when we walk into Beth's house (he points at her basketball hoop). He also says football and corn (his new favorite food). I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting. The important thing is that his vocabulary is constantly expanding. Hooray!
That was so funny. Note, one of his favorite "toys", the kitchen spoon, is just outside.
