Sharks! 

Quick stop at the playground

First visit to the splash pad area - a hit!

He was telling me that the rhino is dirty and needs to take
a bath.  It was a fair point.

How cute is that?

It was pretty hot so we made ice cream a part of this visit.

Out of order but the first time I tried to upload
it loaded sideways even though I had rotated it
in iphoto.  Oh well.  Here it is anyway.

Also a hit, of course.

Hot Wheels!

Waiting for the Children's Museum to open!

The Hot Wheels exhibit is pretty cool.  We got there right as
the museum opened so we headed here right away.  Cal got to try
everything and had very little competition trying to get close to things.

This isn't a great picture but Cal really enjoyed this part of the exhibit.
If you look three pictures back, you can see a looped track.  You
climbed up and let the car go from the top and then the car shot
through the loop.  Cal thought it was great.  

He'll get this out of his system now, right?

This was one of Cal's favorites and he got to spend a lot of time
here.  He loved racing the cars against one another.

No visit would be complete without a stop by the train exhibit.

We also had a lot of fun in the Lego exhibit.  These large
blocks for building were pretty cool.  He was helping a little
girl build but I didn't think I should snap a pic of someone
else's kid so I didn't.

All right, racers!

Playscape is always a good time, of course.
