Summer Cut!

So, my hair has been getting pretty long lately. Mom and Dad thought it would be a good idea to get a summer cut. I'm not so sure how I feel about that.

I like my Justin Beiber bangs.

I think I look super cute!

But, they strapped me in a chair and Luke got out the clippers. Once the first strip was done, I figured I might as well go with it.

Luke thought it would be funny to stop like this. I did not agree.

Um. . .the other kids are playing and I want to join them!

19 Months!!

Calvin is now 19 months old as of Friday. It's been another fabulous month. New things? Hmmmmm. . .he's been asserting his opinion about things a lot more lately and trying to throw some tantrums here and there. During dinner, he'll refuse to eat, throw food on the floor, and make it clear he wants to get down. So, we get him down and 5 0r 10 minutes later, he's yelling to get back up or trying to mooch food off our plates. We don't give in but it's hard! In other news, he's saying more and more, repeating more and more words and phrases. He likes to say "uh-oh" quite a bit. Oh, and he loves looking at pictures of himself now. I show him ones I've taken of him on my phone. The other night at Dairy Queen, I showed him a picture of him and Uncle Josh. He just kept looking from the picture to Josh as if he wasn't quite sure how he could be in two places at once. Funny! He did that with me today, too. I showed him a picture of us at the park and he just kept looking back and forth between me and the picture. Other than the first one, all of these pictures are from yesterday on his 19 month "birthday."

We had a diaper box in his playroom that he's been playing with quite a bit. The other day he just kept sticking his head in there, looking around, and taking his head back out. It was empty!

I love bath time!

Still wearing the ear plugs because of the tubes. Lately, though he's been bad about trying to take them out.

Too Long Since an Update

So, what's been going on in my life? Well, I've been enjoying the warmer weather and doing a little shopping with Dad.

I've been growing out my hair. Sort of an homage to Donald Trump. What do you think?

I've also been helping out around the house. I swear Mom and Dad are so lazy!

I headed to the Mini Expo for packet pick-up.

We had a great time and I'm really looking forward to running it myself one day.

I got to check out some artwork downtown, too.

I've done one of my favorite things, knocking down towers of blocks.

I've been climbing all over the furniture, putting myself in constant peril.

I had my 18 month check-up and got my last shot until kindergarten. They gave me this cool pink monkey as a souvenir.

I had to take a little side trip to the ER. I'm doing just fine now, though!

I stuck my feet in something gross and Grams and Papaw and I gave this to Mom for Mother's Day.

I took a trip to see Grandma and Grandpa Fox and it simply wore me out.

I hung out at the park.

I played peek-a-boo with my fireman's hat. Where am I?

I got to eat some ice cream at Dairy Queen.

Uncle Josh came over.

We had a Twin Day!!
