Spring Break

A couple of nights this week, Cal went to hang out with Grams and Papaw in Brownsburg. This was a twofold treat - fun grandparent time for him and sleeping in for me!

This is my suitcase. I love traveling!
Reading with Dad is so fun. And guess what? Dad won a new book for me at his school's book fair. It's just like this one but with bugs instead of snails. I love it.
Why must I always try to climb up the slide?
Doesn't he look like a little man here?





So, since I am such a peanut, I have to be very careful with steps. I can't just go willy-nilly.
It's best to be careful.

I could read Goodnight, Gorilla over and over. And I do!

    Excellent book choices, Cal! We LOVE GN Gorilla, Moo Baa La La La and we have 10 Tiny Tadpoles like the ones you were talking about....oh how I love books! :)

    It makes me so happy that he loves reading before bed. He would keep picking out books all night if we let him. He does the cutest thing during GN Gorilla now. When I first started reading it with him, I would say "Ooooohhhh" when we see the animals walking from the zoo to the house and then into the house. And I would gasp when the wife's eyes are all you see. He does the same thing now!
