Well, today was quite the day for our little guy. He is now a movie star. Sort of. Ok, not really. Last night, I got a call from Jayne asking if Cal and I would be willing to help with a video to be shown at a church fundraiser. Basically, she just wanted us to come and tell our story. And Cal's birth mom would be there, too, telling it from her side. Plus, I would get a free day off from school. I didn't need to hear anything else! Ha, ha! Anyway, we did decide to participate. It went very well and Cal was a total ham for the camera. In one particularly funny moment, the birth mom was on camera and we were watching from the sidelines. Cal chose a particularly poignant moment to let loose with a loud, man-style burp. That's our guy! The pics don't really have anything to do with today but they are some cute ones from recently. The one with his hand on his head and a look of concentration is from today. The one in the stroller is from our first family walk on Sunday. As you can see, Kobi ran out of steam early in the walk and had to hitch a ride in the stroller.
